What to do with king oyster, enoki and shimeji mushrooms?

Any ideas please?

I bought these in a “trio of mushrooms” in my online shop, planning to make a mushroom stroganoff, but then realised they aren’t really the right sort of mushroom for that.

Fry some sea bass in a little butter, then fry the mushrooms, top the sea bass with them. Yum.

Thanks all! I might try an Asian broth type thing, inspired by @weeds’s noodle soup suggestion.
