Does the sugar in raisins count towards daily sugar allowance

I know the sugar in chocolate and sweets counts towards your daily sugar allowance but does the sugar in raisins count and other fruit? Cause technically it's a fruit so I’m hoping they don’t but I think they do :/

As long as there are no added sugars/syrups in them then no but because the sugar in them is so concentrated you really shouldn’t go overboard on them - e,g try and stick to 1 portion a day
