What to do with extra buttermilk

Any ideas? So far I'm thinking fried chicken or some nice bread.

this recipe is mixed with lemon juice to mimic buttermilk so you could just use buttermilk instead of milk and lemon juice.

Fried chicken is a great idea, marinate thin sliced of chicken breasts in bulktermilk and garlic. The next day dip in seasoned breadcrumbs, shallow fry then finish in the over. Really tasty and tender.
