Pineapple cutter, does it waste a lot of pineapple?

Just that really, does it leave a lot of pineapple behind? To start with I love the core, the chewy hard bit and notice that is left intact but I could just slice it out I suppose.

I was looking at this one, anybody use it?

We have one of these and they are great. Easy to use and not much waste. The core is left intact so if you like that bit you could easily cut it into bite size pieces.

We have one like that and it's fab. Very little waste and a doddle to use.
