Can someone tell me how I make courgettti please? Do I need a spirslizer? Can anyone recommend me one?

I cheat and buy from the shop. I had wanted a spiraliser but read such mixed reviews about all of them. In the end, I decided I would use it so infrequently that buying them pre made was cheaper.

You can use a potato peeler and do long strips of courgette and then slice them lengthways to give you long strands but in order to get the spaghetti like strands you do really need a spiralizer - I bought an Oxo one from either Sainsburys or Tesco but if you are making multiple portions then it's a bit of a faff and so you might want a big one - or to buy it
