Food Hygiene Certificate accreditation

Hi, apologies if this is the wrong area!

Does a food hygiene certificate need to be accredited by a particular body? There are lots on line some accredited by the Institute of Hospitality, others by ROSPA, others by C & G... are the cheap ones as valid as the expensive ones?

Thanks

I believe you can go on a training course and get a certificate from any provider, they all have the same levels, 1, 2 or 3.

No it doesn't matter who the provider is. You can do some on line as well, which is usually cheaper than classroom based.
