I just had a quick microwave job, with sausages which did not say to turn during cooking which is what I usually do.
I did stir them a little bit and checked they were hot and not pink inside. I took them outs and were browned on the front. However, as I carried on eating I turned them and realised they were still pale on the back. I stopped eating them, but now am a bit worried I gave them enough time and not sure how important the outside it.
