Oily fish 2x a week

Does anyone have any advice on how to achieve this?

I could eat fish for breakfast lunch and dinner but DD and DH not keen at all.

DD only eats breaded white fish or smoked salmon and DH likes mackerel wraps (Jamie Oliver recipe) but not much else. Should I give up and buy some cod liver oil tablets?!

I struggle to get oily fish twice a week. But the meals that work are

Mackerel fishcakes

Salmon fish fingers

Fish pie with trout and salmon chunks

And unexpectedly this

I've gone for fish twice a week and oily just once, in the hope that if I get them all more open to fish their tastes will gradually become more open to more adventurous oily options
