URGENT - PHILADELPHIA OR GREEK YOGHURT PAST USE BY DATE???!!

I was going to make a tuna napoletana type recipe with greek yog stirred in to make it creamy but have just noticed it's 'use by 8th May'. Should I use it anyway? How bad is 'off' yog? It was unopened and looks fine. Could I use philadelphia as a substitute?

taste it. I reckon it will be fine, they are always over zealous. Yoghurt is 'off' anyway!

I have used it a week out of date before.

If it is a bit fizzy don't bother.

Philadelphia will work but might turn out a bt rich, esp for little ones.
