Beef curry

I really want to make a beef curry tomorrow night but I don't have any decent recipes, does anyone have any winning curries they cook that are relatively easy? I was thinking of using the slow cooker?

Marinade the beef tonight with ginger, garlic and spices in natural yogurt.

Tomorrow fry onions till really soft, then add your spices (or paste or spice mix) and then the beef. You can pop it in the slow cooker now, with a tin of tomatoes. Slow cook all day, when you’re ready to eat stir in a dollop of yogurt. It’s really good and super easy!
