I’m after some recipe inspiration please, we’re in a bit of a food rut. I’m trying to cut down on the amount of jars and frozen packet stuff we have and do more proper cooking.
I have a DP and toddler DD who are not great with vegetables, DD only really eats broccoli despite my best efforts. I blend a lot up and sneak into tomato sauces! I don’t really like meat except chicken, bacon and fish, so we eat a lot of quorn mince, pieces and sausages!
Current items on our rotation that I would already class as cooking reasonably properly (admittedly simple!) are chili, pasta bolognese, omelette, spinach pasta, toad in the hole... any other ideas for things that might suit our fussy family?!
