I am having a tea party for some elderly ladies tomorrow. There are five of them. I wanted to do a bit of an Easter theme.
I thought of a Simnel cake and then thought I could make small individual ones. I have a tray that is for individual victoria sponges, so can use that.
Has anyone tried this? Any tips?
