Roast joint of beef

this might be w daft question but I have a nice big roasting joint of beef, don't fancy a roast dinner, what else can I make with it?

Thank you for getting back, it just said roasting joint, ended up pot roasting it and serving with coleslaw, gherkins and crusty baguettes, it was amazing!

Sounds lovely. Sometimes it's nice to have a change from a traditional roast.
