If I've frozen pizza dough....

...what should I do with it once it's defrosted. The stuff that has defrosted in the fridge looks rather sad and grey....

How did it turn out? I'm always reluctant to freeze pizza dough for that reason

I’ve never frozen it as dough sorry.
If you roll it out into a base and bake it for about 8 mins then freeze it you can put toppings on straight from the freezer and stick it in the oven.
