I was going to suggest the Jamie Oliver ones too-I have never made bread before but these are dead easy!

Agree- the JO one is fantastic.
They use plain yoghurt

agree with Jamie suggestion.once you make it too you will no it and then be able to do it again off by heart.

Another vote for the Hugh one - there is one with yoghurt I think
