I have realised after reading another thread (about in-laws stuck in the 70s) my buffet menus are very 70 's.I would like to try something different.More colourful and healthy.
I am doing a buffet at Easter and instead of the usual vol a vonts and sausage rolls I would like to do a more modern buffet.There will be older teens,adults and vegetarians there.
Does anyone have any recipes or recommendations of pre prepared foods to buy?
Or advice on what to serve.Thanks.
