It just grill them very briefly and slather with butter

NB very briefly! They grill in under a minute

Shallow fry briefly in a little butter, then use topped with ice cream, fruit, fruit compote, cream etc etc as a quick pudding.

Use in a Black Forest trifle.

Use to make tiramisu.

Use to make a chocolate version of Queen of Puddings.
