Best curry chefs

Hi all, watched Masterchef last night and wanted to dive into Nisha’s curry. I have made curries from scratch, followed recipe to the letter but they always seem lacking compared to restaurants. Can anyone suggest a good curry chef with recipes online. I’ve done s couple of Anjum Anands, love her daal. Googling Nisha’s salmon curry of course!

Maunika Gowardhan is great. She has loads of recipes online, and they are easy to follow. I just cooked her Achari Chicken tonight and it was delicious. The Keralan Chicken recipe, and the various prawn curries and egg curries also fab.
