Can it be done? I have some salmon fillets to use today, ds who is 4 has egg allergy but will only eat fish (usually white fish) if it’s covered in some kind of coating, I normally coat fish pieces in milk then flour, wanted to try something different for him. All the recipes I can find use egg to bind. Wondering if anyone knows of tried and tested replacement recipe that will work? Can’t get out to the shops as his been unwell for past two days with temperature and heavy cold.
