Tried & tested chicken and mushroom pie, anyone?

I have mushrooms and I have chicken.
DCs asked for chicken pie tonight and I figured I could make one.

Does anyone have a good recipe for one with lovely soft pastry top? Could probably make it up, but would be good to hear of successes!
