Slow cooker recipes!

would you all be so kind as to tell me some of your favourite slow cooker recipes?

Gammon joint. Put it in ontop of a chopped red onion, garlic and segments of orange. Drizzle honey over the top. Switch on and leave for 7 hours. Perfect pulled honey pork.

Garlic minced, chopped or whole? Sounds lovely!

Anyone else?

Just chopped up! Not minced. Sometimes a whole clove.
Also chilli - brown mince and then just chuck everything in the pot..kidney beans, tin tomatoes, chilli powder, tomato puree, etc just the usual chilli mix - launch it in and forget about it until tea time!!
Honestly, i use mine daily and just chuck everything in...
Soups, casseroles- it just cooks slowly and keeps all the flavour in...
