Has anyone got an amazing cake recipe, that I can use as a centre piece for a coffee morning I'm hosting?
I've got a few cookies, small buns, loaf cakes etc, but I feel as though I need a showstopper or at the very least something with a bit of cream or frosting on it!
Trouble is, I'm not a very confident baker and I haven't got much time.
