Defrosted chicken breasts-would you?

Hi, I took some chicken breasts out of the freezer on Tuesday and put them in the fridge but didn't use them. Would you use them tonight or is that just plain silly?

Probably if they looked and smelled okay

Should really be used within 24 hours of being defrosted so no I wouldn't use them

No I wouldn't. I think yesterday would have been my limit.

Too late now but depends how cold your fridge is and how long before the use by they were frozen. If your fridge is cold and they would only have defrosted by thursday fir eg that woukd be fine - particularly if frozen well before the use by.
