Made my first risotto in it this week, was so easy I’ll never go back to the traditional way!

The first risotto recipe I followed suggested 10 mins at pressure and leave for 10, it was way over cooked but tasty. Most other recipes suggest 5/6 mins then quick release, and that was perfect.
