That could take all day....can you be a bit more specific about things you are interested in?

sugarlost · 22/02/2018 15:15

I love their chicken in white wine and mushroom sauce.

sugarlost · 23/02/2018 08:38

Thanks for your response Carrie....I’ll give it a try and experiment with other products!

I also like their chicken and mushroom slices. Dd16 likes their stuffed peppers (veggie). Their coffee eclairs are to die for.

BakerBear · 23/02/2018 11:46

The fruit is lovely
Tea cakes
Santino tomatoes
Choc ices
British wafer ham

Their individual pies, the expensive ones, are to die for. The Gastropub steak and ale ones. Seriously good

calzone · 23/02/2018 19:37

Everything is fabulous!!!

I tend to eat what’s reduced or on offer.

BootsAndCatsAndBootsAndCats · 23/02/2018 19:37

They do lovely naice ham, roasted in pomegranate molasses.

Elmosmum · 23/02/2018 19:39

Ohh yes the steak and ale pies are lovely

LadyKyliePonsonbyFarquhar · 23/02/2018 19:40

Chocolate and salted caramel hot cross buns.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 23/02/2018 19:40

I like their cheese and onion things, which are like fishcakes but minus the fish.

Cheese scones

They do a swiss roll thing in the fridge, which is peach flavoured iirc and very nice indeed.

Elmosmum · 23/02/2018 19:40

I always enjoy their ready meal pasta - especially the mushroom parpadelle- with the garlic bread fingers Grin

Myliferevolvesaroundcheese · 23/02/2018 19:42

If I had to pick just one thing it would be thier dirty cheese fries, you’ll find them in the section by the garlic breads normally. Just amazing!

daffodildreamer · 23/02/2018 19:48

Fresh custard!

And the tiny sponge puddings. Especially ginger!

Elvisola · 23/02/2018 19:58

Dirty cheese fries are my Friday night with a glass of wine dinner - with a dollop if sour cream on the side.

Also Parmentier potatoes, choc and salted caramel hot cross buns, count on us choc mousse and this amazing pasta dish that you can only get in large for some bizarre reason, which has salmon in a creamy wine sauce with pasta.

I don't like any of their chocolate though, bars, Easter eggs, advent calendars - all rank.

notthe1Parrot · 23/02/2018 20:23

We love their boxed chocolates - they also mark the box 'alcohol-free' if it is, as I don't like the taste of alcohol in chocolate.

Also their round chocolate birthday cake (serves 10, about £8). We've been having them for every birthday celebration for about 10 years. Delicious!

Love the salmon fillets, with asparagus spears and dill sauce, but it has increased so much in the last few months. Used to be under £5, now over £7. But still worth it!

DioneTheDiabolist · 23/02/2018 20:26

Their rose veal steaks are delicious, but they always overestimate cooking time for meat and underestimate it for veg.

NotCornflakes · 23/02/2018 20:26

The four cheese ravioli is lovely. I also like the Mississippi mud pie yoghurts.

TheBiscuitOfDestiny · 23/02/2018 20:29

I'm so hungry reading this thread!

I think their kits are pretty good, we've had the Dal kit and the Yom Tom soup this week and both very tasty (I normally make my curries etc from scratch, and normally avoid ready made like the plague, but with a 1yro, something had to give!!)

sugarlost · 24/02/2018 08:31

I’m hungry too!!!!!!

Thanks so much for all of your posts...my shopping list is long lol
