I have a chicken, cut into pieces, marinating in the fridge and want to roast it. Could anyone tell me at what temperature (in electric fan oven) and for how long I should cook it.

I'd do 200, 40+ minutes. Bone-in pieces take longer than bone-out.

If you're worried about the outside burning, you can do 180 for longer, or cover them with foil for part of the cooking time.

yy
they awlasy take longer than oyu think

I should probably get cracking then - will do the foil thing as well, thanks NQC.
