Vegan pancakes

Does anyone have a good recipes please.?

I cup SR flour (or plain flour for crepes),1 cup plant milk, 2 tbspns veg oil and a teaspoon of something sweet (agave syrup is good or just sugar if that is all you have). Mix well but gently and leave for 10mins or so to set. If you want crepes then thin out this mix with more milk.

Sorry I don't have a recipe, but look up aquafaba. There is a facebook page dedicated to this egg substitute (canned chickpea / bean drainings ). I have seen pancake recipes posted using aquafaba on there.

One egg, one banana. Blend. That's all you need. It's surprisingly good and doesn't even taste of banana.

Someone on the " how many pancakes will you eat" thread said they had perfected their vegan pancake recipe so may be worth asking over there?

I use a mix of plain flour and corn flour, oat milk and a tablespoon of oil.

Eggs aren't dairy . But yes, not suitable for vegans.

My cows totally lay eggs. Big brown smelly ones.

I usually make thick American style thick ones but have just had these simpleveganblog.com/vegan-crepes/ for breakfast which were delicious.
