Best way to cook Lamb Leg Steaks????Inspire me please.

I have some lamb leg steaks- first time I have ever cooked them- whats the best way to cook them?

i just cut them into chunks, marinade in oil/herbs/garlic and grill on skewers with mushrooms/peppers and so on [brushed with oil].

wanted to have them with veg - do I cook them in oven or grill them?

marinade in a little garlic and rosemary, then grill.
