What to do with pistachio pesto?

I found a jar in my fridge last week, I'd love to use it up but could do with some inspiration.

Stir into filling for a quiche. Use to blob on top of soup. In a pannini with mozzarella and tomatoes. Or just on pasta!

Spread it on fish fillets (works well on white fish or salmon) and then bake in the oven

lovely with pasta.onto buttered chiabatta
dollop onto roasted veggies.
work great thinned down a bit to a dressing and put with a caprese salad
on gnocchi
as a crust for chicken
onto a meaty fish like halibut
mixed wth breadcrumbs for a crust for salmon
mix with cream to top bacon wrapped chicken thighs
