Bread recipe

Has anyone got a simple recipe for bread? I really like granary bread, and fancy doing soda bread. I've got plain, SR, gram, wholemeal and spelt flour already, would like to use some of these up if poss?

You will probably be OK with soda bread with those flours, but for yeasted bread you will need some STRONG flour, although it would be OK to throw a handful of Spelt in with it.

This is my soda bread recipe (originally from Liza David, I think). It’s pretty straightforward, and pretty forgiving if you want to use a blend of the flours you have. I almost always use the milk & water approach unless the milk is on the turn.
