Can I refreeze it?

If not, what can I do with it? It is a full tub...

It’ll be horrible if you refreeze it- it’ll go all icy and hard.

Google “melted ice-cream cake”. It uses boxed cake mix. Haven’t tried myself, but looks interesting.

Nooo don’t re freeze it. I did that once many years ago and was very sick. I would bin it to be honest.
