Im doing a big (big for me) dinner on Sunday and have loads to do on the morning, I was wondering if I could prep the chicken on Saturday and leave in the fridge so it's just ready to pop in the oven Sunday.
It's chicken stuffed with mozzarella wrapped in bacon.
Would it be ok?

Can't see a problem. You can buy things like that in supermarkets that sit for longer.

oh yes.i was about to think ermmmm raw meat but as heyroly just said its done all the time in shops.might wrap it or bag it a bit more precicely though so to make sure its not contaminated or contaminates other things.
