What are your favourite jacket potato fillings?

I've been craving baked potatoes loads recently (not pregnant!) But I'm bored of beans/cheese/tuna.

So hoping to steal of your favourite fillings instead

Coronation Chicken or chicken curry
Fried onions, mushrooms and crispy bacon topped with fried egg
Brie, crispy bacon and avocado

Ham and curry mayo!

Take out middle of potato, mix with chopped ham and a little butter, put back into skins and top with curry mayo (mayo mixed with curry powder).

Ham and curry mayo is beautiful in sandwiches too. I would never have believed it until someone made it for me.

Finely chopped up smoked bacon, fried until it's crispy, then a shake of smokey paprika. Chuck the mixture into some baked beans. Chuck on top of the tater with some strong cheddar and a sprinkle of chopped spring onions. Yum.

I quite like swapping my classic jacked potato for a roasted sweet potato sometimes too. ☺

Grilled halloumi & baked beans - tend to split potato into 2 halves and put one topping on each half

cheese sauce with leeks then scoop out bit of the innards and mix together.put back into the jacket.yum. do the same with bacon and cheese

there is nothing that a jacket doesn't go with!
