Salsa verde

Anyone have a nice salsa verde recipe please?
Also one that I can make the day before if possible..

3 tablespoon flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon mint
3 tablespoon capers
6 anchovy fillets
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Juice of half a lemon
120ml olive oil

Finely chop everything and mix together.

I wouldn't make it the day before though, it's better eaten straight after making it. Literally takes 5 minutes.

Yes definitely, I made some at 6pm tonight and will be eating around 8ish, it'll be fine.

@Fekko you could just omit and add some salt or maybe a bit of soy or Henderson’s relish for the umami. Maybe add in a couple of sun dried tomatoes for body.

But if you aren’t actually veggie then try it with them in. It doesn’t taste of anchovy n
