My DH has been on a low FODMAP diet (i.e. no onion, no garlic, no gluten, no lentil, no beans, and many other 'no 's) for about 1.5 years and I'm looking for new recipes!
Managed to make a few good meals through substituting garlic for garlic-infused oil, and substituting onion for asafoetida but starting to get bored of our regular food.
Anyone else out there on a low FODMAP diet with some suggestions? Or any foodies out there willing/savvy enough to help me out?
