I have pasta but salmon pasta doesn't sound right? I have salt, pepper, mustard and sweet chilli sauce but that's literally it.

Salmon pasta is really good! You could also use the broccoli.

Do I literally just boil the pasta, cook the salmon and put it over it?

A quick google suggest salmon and broccoli pasta bake is a thing...

I don't like salmon though so I'd do a creamy mushroom pasta thing.

Pan fry the salmon and mushrooms, boil the pasta and the broccoli, then flake the salmon into pieces in a big bowl, add everything else and sprinkle sweet chilli sauce over the lot. Stir gently until well mixed. Eat! It will be lovely 😊

Cook the pasta. Pan fry mushrooms, add the salmon, stir through some creme fraiche, then stir in your pasta.

Broccoli on the side.
