I'd like to make a pie but i only have pork steaks, carrots, eggs, rice and short crust pastry. Any suggestions, please?

Apples? onions???

If you do, apple and pork pie.

I would not use the pastry but do a pork stirfry with rice and make omelettes and chop it into the rice.

probably a bit late now. Don't have a recipe. I'd brown the onions and apple (not too much for the apple you don't want it to go too mushy, remove from the pan , cut the meat into chunks and brown lightly. Add a little stock and simmer until the meat is tender. Add some sage if you have some, not a lot though as it is quite 'stong' Put the apple and onion mix back in and add a little cornflour to thicken the stock. Season with salt and pepper. then cover with the shor crust pasty and cook in the oven.
