coleslaw recipe no raw eggs please

I know it must be quite simple but has anyone got a good recipe for this that is neither too creamy nor too sharp tasting?

Personally the dressing I use is a mix of mayo and natural yoghurt, plus a little balck pepper. It cuts through the creamyness of the mayo and nakes it nicer.

Then I simply use whuite cabbage, caroot, sometimes red/yellow peppers thats it.

i make a french dressing and then do half dressing, half mayo.
