Tom Kerridge orzo pasta thing

Did anyone jot down the recipe?

I can't remember any thing about it other than orzo and tinned tomatoes. Not even if it was seafood or chicken.

The Italian seafood pot. Hope thats come out - its a great book!

It had fennel and courgettes in it and possibly olives and was mainly seafood That's all I can remember. His other recipes into the series seem weird but that one caught my eye too.

Let us know how you get on. I think he was on about cutting the veg the same size as the orzo and that's probably what put me off trying it yet!
