Ok so I'm starting to change my diet completely. My diet so far is full of junk , sugar and fat! I'm looking for healthy recipes and healthy snack ideas? Also healthy smoothie ideas if anyone can help. I have cut out sugar from teas and coffee and only take one sweetener. I have like two coffees a day max. Not a huge tea fan so that's only a couple of times a week. My water intake is 2.5l a day just now which I honestly feel amazing for.
