Can I mix melted white and milk chocolate?

I'm trying to use up the last of the kids xmas chocolate and wanted to make crispy buns with some milk chocolate and white chocolate they have.

Could I melt that together?

We're not massive fans of white choc so I thought it'd save wasting it.

Yep! Just be careful melting the white chocolate as it can split/seize more easily than other types of chocolate.

So in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water rather than in microwave like I usually melt chocolate?
