Reheating pasta?

Hi, as per my "what's for dinner?" Thread yesterday, I made smoked mackerel and spicy tomato tagliatelle and there was quite a lot left as I didn't reduce the quantities. Would you reheat this? And if so how without drying it out? Thank you

I'm lazy and would microwave it Grin

Put it in a saucepan and add a little water then reheat gently

My Italian son in law reheats pasta by gently frying in a little olive oil.

Brilliant, thanks everyone, I thought the question might be met with a chorus of "noooo! Don't reheat it!" V pleased it's do-able as it was absolutely delicious and it means we can have it for supper this evening. Thanks again folks Wink

I would just eat it cold

Fried pasta is the best way to reheat!

Bruffin, it was so delicious I would have happily eaten it cold if I couldn't reheat! Going to try the fried in olive oil method I think.
