Potato Salad recipe for buffet

Hi all.

DP has organised an impromptu family get together for a large amount of people together. Plan is a cold buffet - does anybody have a tried and tested potato salad they could share please? Losing my mind with the amount of suggestions on Google.

I have made a lazy version with new halved potatoes, red onion and vinegarette.

The potato salad from this Tom K recipe is delicious. (As is the whole meal )

OVienna just what’s e I have or grab from supermarket. Mint, chives, parsley and coriander work well. I think you could use virtually any mix.
