Do you think I could make an apple strudel a day in advance?

I'm using Rick Stein's recipe

thehappyfoodie.co.uk/recipes/apple-strudel

and I'm wondering if it would be ok to prepare and assemble it today and bake it tomorrow.

It's the melted butter between the filo sheets that's concerning me - it would be refrigerated overnight between preparation and baking - does that matter?
