Would this work for lunch?

Unfortunately due to a lot of driving and travelling for work I have no facilities for re heating so I’ve got into an awful habit of buying sandwich, chocolate and crisps every day whilst on the go. I have put on over a stone since I’ve been doing this and need to snap out of this routine.

Last week I took stir fry leftovers from the night before and really enjoyed it.

If I were to batch cook on a Sunday, a huge chicken stir fry made with rice noodles, how long would this keep in the fridge for me to take for the next 5 days? Would I need to freeze some? At what point would I need to, if so?

TIA Smile

I would say 3 days in the fridge max. I wouldn’t bother freezing stir fry I think the water content would be too high. It’s quick to do so I’d make a second batch mid week. Have you considered a wide necked food flask? Gives you so many more options.
