Made soda bread and the sunflower seeds have gone green. Am I going to poison myself?

Made soda bread on Monday. By Tuesday the sunflower seeds had gone slightly green, apparently it's something to do with the chlorophyll but not toxic .

Went to finish it today and the seeds are now dark greeny/blue. Is my naice Nigel Slater soda bread going to kill me if I eat it ?

No, it should be perfectly fine.

But they are green, aren’t they?
