Hi, has anyone got any recipes for low calorie, high fibre meals?
Looking to shift some of this weight once I've had the baby so want to have a nice little collection of recipes ready to go!
Thanks lovelies ☺️

I need to start this also!

I find homemade soups are my friend. I can knock up a tomato, lentil and veg soup in half an hour whilst doing other things. With the lentils it’s genuinely filling, and as long as I blend the DCs portions so they can’t tell it’s got onion in then they eat it too.

So:
Finely chop an onion, carrot or two and some celery. Sweat/fry gently. Add in other random veg if you want (no need to go mad but sometimes I’ll add a bit of leek or sweet potato).
Add a little garlic and some mixed herbs.
Once veg softened add some stock, and a good portion of green and red lentils. Simmer until lentils soft.
Personally I like it a little but not fully blended.
