Healthy-ish banana muffins

Looking for a healthy-ish banana breakfast muffin recipe that uses agave nectar instead of sugar, oil instead of butter and wholemeal flour. Oh and that's in UK measurements, not US cups. I can't seem to find one that fits the bill. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Agave nectar is much worse for you than sugar. It's more similar to high fructose corn syrup apparently - I have a jar of it in my cupboard that I bought as I was trying to be healthy!

I have a great recipe for this. It's a Jamie Oliver banana loaf recipe that uses no sugar - only 2 tbsp of honey (which you could sub for agave nectar or maple syrup). I've turned it into mini muffins just by putting the batter into a greased and floured muffin/mini muffin tray and reducing the cooking time. Worked out brilliantly. It's the best banana bread recipe I've ever tried, and really easy.

Sorry, the flour isn't wholemeal and there's butter instead of oil - but if you search online I'm pretty sure those would be easy to sub. For oil, use 3/4 of the amount of butter. For wholmeal flour, either buy self raising or add baking powder/bicarbonate of soda.
