Use a lot of tinned beans in cooking like kidney beans,butter beans,canellini beans and chickpeas. Through laziness i suppose.
I would like to change to dried beans as just realised the tins of organic beans I've been buying are in tins lined with plastic linings containing BPA.
Do dried beans taste the seem? Presume will need to be more organised but overnight soaking etc?
Any hints,tips and recommendations much appreciated.
