I've been given a pressure cooker - wtf do I do with it?

I love my pressure cooker. Yesterday I used it to make a 1.6 kg gammon joint - 36 minutes at pressure with two pints of water , celery, carrot bay leaf and onion.

With the leftover stock today I'm making split green pea soup- I'll put them in for around 20 minutes with the gammon water.

Mash is great too- 6 minutes (8 really because it takes two to get to pressure)

Lentil and bacon soup-fry bacon and onion gently , add lentils, stock and any seasonings you want- cook for 18 minutes at pressure. All lentil recipes are great in it.

Cooking chickpeas from dried takes 30minites (soak the chickpeas first)

Start experimenting. I was so unsure of it at first and staunchly instigated the slow cooker was better. It's not. Pressure cooker is far more useful imo.
